Characteristic: Hakata no Mori is a crisp and super dry junmai, brewed slowly with a yeast from Kumamoto, the first class Yamada-Nishiki from the Itoshima district in Fukuoka, and fresh river-bed water from Sangun Mountain. Although super dry, Hakata no Mori has a clear taste. Full-bodied and umami enhancer.

Characteristic: Made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki from Itoshima, Fukuoka. Enjoy this Ginjo's fruity aroma and a gentle sharpness followed by a rich umami, and full-bodied mouth feel from the sweetness of the high rice. Limited availability.

Characteristic: Vibrant floral notes, balanced and delicate Daiginjo flavor.Perfect when chilled, especially during summer.

Characteristic: Ginjo on the nose, gorgeous and fragrant. Shiboritate translates to "freshly squeezed" which is apparent in this bottle's intense freshness. Bandai took meticulous care monitoring the thermal temperatures since the fermenting phase. Shiboritate was brewed deliberately with a low temperature. Please enjoy this fresh sake that we squeezed carefully from a wooden vat.
